Apollo Fully Electric (200ML-20L) single station and double station series high-speed extrusion blow molding machines can be used to produce containers with a capacity of 200ML-20L.

Electric extrusion blow molding machine is a new type of equipment that has emerged in recent years with the development of servo motors and precision control technology. Compared with traditional hydraulic extrusion blow molding machines (mainstream in the industry), it has significant advantages in core dimensions such as energy consumption, accuracy, and environmental protection.

Energy saving 30% -40%
Directly driven by servo motors (such as screw, mold closing, blow molding, etc.), energy is only output during the execution of actions, with no no-load energy consumption; And the motor efficiency (85% -90%) is much higher than the hydraulic system (40% -60%, hydraulic pumps, oil pipe leaks, etc. will consume energy).
Example: When producing 5L plastic drums, the electric motor model consumes about 15kW of electricity per hour, while the hydraulic model requires 25-30kW.
Higher molding stability
1. The servo motor provides real-time feedback on speed and position through an encoder, and the control accuracy of parameters such as screw speed, mold closing speed, and blow molding pressure can reach ± 0.1mm (such as billet wall thickness deviation ≤ 1%);
2. Fast action response (motor start/stop delay<0.1 seconds), suitable for thin-walled, high-precision products (such as cosmetic bottles, medical containers).
Low noise (≤ 75 decibels)
No noise from hydraulic pump operation or oil pipe vibration, only motor and mechanical transmission sound, making the workshop environment more friendly;
No risk of hydraulic oil contamination (oil leakage can contaminate raw materials and products, especially food/medical grade).
More stable temperature
The motor generates less heat during operation (only slight heating of the coil), causing less interference to the heating system of the material cylinder. The temperature fluctuation of the plastic melt is ≤± 1 ℃ (the uniformity of the melt directly affects the strength of the product);
With the precision wall thickness control system, the deviation of product wall thickness can be controlled within ± 0.05mm, and the surface smoothness is higher.
Easy maintenance
There are no steps such as replacing hydraulic oil or cleaning filters, only regular inspections of motor bearings and transmission gears are required;
There are fewer vulnerable parts (no hydraulic valves, sealing rings), and the average maintenance cycle is extended by more than 50% compared to hydraulic presses.
Quick startup
The motor can work when powered on, without the need to preheat the hydraulic system;
Fast response to parameter adjustment (such as screw speed and mold closing speed), reducing debugging time by 30% -50% when changing product models.
