The present invention discloses a production process through secondary molding by an extrusion blow molding machine. A designed extrusion blow bottle mold is mounted on a machine table, and the extrusion blow bottle mold comprises a bottle body cavity and fitting positions. Fittings of different shapes are fixed to corresponding fitting positions in the extrusion blow bottle mold manually or by a manipulator. The machine table discharges materials, closes the mold and performs blow molding; during extrusion and expansion, the extrusion blow material wraps the wrapped part of the fitting and forms a molded bottle body in the bottle body cavity, so that the fitting and the molded bottle body are tightly bonded into an integral shape. The mold is opened to take out the product, and the bottle body and the fitting are tightly bonded into one body.
