The invention relates to a blow molding micro-foaming polyolefin material and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a 3D hollow blow molding micro-foaming polyolefin material and a preparation method thereof. The material of the invention comprises the following components in parts by weight: 75–100 parts of polyolefin, 1–10 parts of hyperbranched polymer, 3–15 parts of filler, 1–5 parts of compatibilizer, 1–5 parts of viscosity regulator, 1–5 parts of foaming agent, 1–7 parts of foaming auxiliary and 0.3–1 part of antioxidant, and the preparation method thereof is disclosed. The hollow blow molding micro-foaming polyolefin material of the invention has the characteristics of small die swell ratio, stable flow, high melt strength, high cell density, good apparent quality and the like, and meets the requirements of 3D hollow blow molding micro-foaming molding; while realizing the lightweight of blow molding products, reducing the corner waste in the molding process and significantly reducing the product manufacturing cost, the invention also endows the products with good characteristics such as heat insulation, heat preservation and noise reduction.
