The blowing device comprises a sealing support base, a first air inlet pipe and a second air inlet pipe. The sealing support base can rise under the action of a cylinder to tightly attach to the mouth of the preform to achieve a sealing effect. Both the stretching rod and the sealing support base are hollow parts, and the stretching rod is arranged in the sealing support base. The first air inlet pipe communicates with the stretching rod and blows air into the preform from the top through its hollow part. The second air inlet pipe communicates with the gap formed by the stretching rod and the sealing support base and blows air near the mouth of the preform. With this structure, the sealing and blowing parts are simple in structure and flexible in installation position, and the sealing and blowing actions are independent, facilitating debugging and maintenance.
