The invention discloses a production method of plastic mannequins, including the following steps: material modification: modifying polypropylene raw materials to prepare modified PP masterbatch; mixing and melting: blending additives, modified masterbatch and fillers, followed by melt extrusion to obtain molten materials; pre-blowing and blow molding: compressing the molten material into hollow cylindrical semi-finished products, then blow molding to form split mannequin components; assembly: combining multiple split components into finished plastic mannequins. The modified PP masterbatch is prepared by coating or infiltrating molten polypropylene onto continuous fibers, cooling and cutting into 5mm–10mm pellets. Its melt viscosity is controlled at 100–400 Pa·s under 300℃ and a shear rate of 10 sec⁻¹. The PP-based mannequins are soft with skin-friendly touch, replace traditional fiberglass products, improve recycling rate and meet environmental protection requirements.
