Closing the mold, and after mold closing is completed, feeding high-pressure gas through the lower part of the blow needle for pressure maintaining to fully mold the liner; S4. Opening the mold and unscrewing the blow needle. The pressure vessel produced by the invention has an integrated liner, with pressure-bearing and sealing performance equivalent to that of a single-head threaded pressure vessel; the process features high productivity and high product qualification rate, requires no subsequent processing, and meets the needs of large-scale production.
