The invention relates to a preparation method of a ternary compound fully biodegradable polylactic acid composite material. Raw material components are weighed by weight %: polylactic acid: 45.0–80.0, polypropylene carbonate: 4.0–40.0, poly-3-hydroxybutyrate: 4.0–40.0, and the rest are various additives. Matrix resin, powder materials and modifiers in the weighed raw material components are pre-dried in an oven at 45–65°C for 6–10 hours, then stirred at low speed in a high-speed mixer for 5–10 minutes, then stirred at high speed for 3–5 minutes, and then put into a co-rotating twin-screw extruder for extrusion and granulation at 65–195°C to obtain the product. The thermoplastic composite material prepared from the composite material obtained by the method of the invention improves the molding processability, heat resistance, tear strength and dimensional stability of polylactic acid products; its film products have controllable biodegradation rate and are widely used in the packaging industry and agricultural products.
