An inflatable umbrella, a production method and a production device thereof are provided. A common blow molding machine is first used to process a sandwich inflatable umbrella and evacuate air therefrom. The umbrella is then placed on the production device, with the lower layer of the umbrella surface attached to split heat-sealing mold strips on the base, and the support frame arranged between corresponding heat-sealing mold strips on the side planes of the split base. An upper mold with heat-sealing mold strips is pressed onto the upper layer of the umbrella surface. After electrification, the heat-sealing mold strips on the upper mold and the split base generate heat to locally bond the upper and lower layers of the umbrella surface, forming air-chargeable and dischargeable channels and closing blocks. The upper mold and guide rods are removed, and a gravity cap is pressed onto the inclined surface of the base to press the heat-sealing mold strips against the support frame. Upon electrification, the mold strips heat and locally bond the sandwich support frame to form air-chargeable and dischargeable channels and closing blocks. The invention shortens the inflation time of the inflatable umbrella and features relatively low manufacturing cost.
