A manufacturing process for a high-temperature resistant laundry detergent bottle

The invention discloses a production process for a high-temperature-resistant laundry detergent bottle, comprising the following steps: Step 1: Pre-feeding plastic, butyl titanate and a coupling agent into a shearing device and mixing thoroughly with stirring; Step 2: Adding filler, colorant, catalyst and dispersant into the shearing device, heating the device to 150–200°C at a rotating speed of 1500–2000 rpm, and treating for 30–40 minutes to obtain a mixture; Step 3: Putting the obtained mixture into a blow molding machine. When the temperature of the blow molding machine reaches 150°C–180°C, the mixture melts into a liquid, which is extruded into a parison. The parison is cut, clamped to the blowing section, and then transferred to cooling and shaping, where it is cooled with cold water at 16°C for 2 minutes to obtain a preliminary laundry detergent bottle. The laundry detergent bottle of the invention has excellent high-temperature resistance, is not easily deformed during high-temperature injection molding and other production processes, thus ensuring the sealing performance of the bottle and greatly reducing the product defect rate.
