The invention discloses a biodegradable express packaging bag made of a composite film comprising a first layer, a third layer and a second layer therebetween, each made of Film A or Film B. Film A consists of, by weight percentage, 95.5% polylactic acid, 3% degradable masterbatch and 1.5% tackifier. Film B consists of 95% poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate), 3.5% degradable masterbatch and 1.5% tackifier. A three-layer co-extrusion blow molding process for the biodegradable express bag is also disclosed. The raw materials are readily available, the production cost is low and processing is convenient. The bag exhibits good processability, mechanical properties and low-temperature toughness, suitable for the express packaging industry. It is biodegradable under composting conditions, solving environmental pollution caused by disposable express packaging bags.
