The invention provides a controlled-release fertilizer for the pod-setting stage of peanuts, which is wrapped inside an inner controlled-release membrane. The inner controlled-release membrane degrades into a permeable membrane within 2.5–3.5 days and provides effective controlled release for 8–15 days. The inner controlled-release membrane is made from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1.2 parts of aluminum oxide, 2.2 parts of humus soil, 2 parts of calcium carbonate powder, 1.2 parts of matte micropowder wax, 4 parts of erucamide, 0.3 part of pentaerythritol stearate, and 115 parts of polyethylene. The preparation method comprises: mixing the above raw materials, extruding and pelletizing the mixture through a twin-screw extruder, and then performing blow molding by a film blowing machine to obtain the inner controlled-release membrane. The invention can realize staged controlled release of fertilizer for different growth stages of crops; based on controlled-release membranes for different stages, pores are formed in the membranes through degradation so as to achieve slow release of fertilizer, and different slow-release periods and different time required for degradation to form pores can be achieved by designing different components in the controlled-release membranes.
