A controlled-release method for peanut slow-release fertilizer

The invention provides a controlled-release method for peanut slow-release fertilizer, which wraps fertilizer particles with controlled-release films to achieve slow-release effects. The controlled-release film is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: n/15‑0.5 parts of titanium dioxide, 1.5 parts of peat soil, 2 parts of clay, n/15‑0.2 parts of matting microcrystalline wax, 5 parts of erucamide, 0.3 parts of pentaerythritol stearate and 105 parts of polyethylene. The preparation steps are as follows: mixing all raw materials evenly, extruding and granulating by a twin-screw extruder, and performing blow molding through a film blow molding machine to obtain the outer controlled-release film; wherein n refers to the effective days of staged slow release, with 15 ≤ n ≤ 30. Targeted at different growth stages of crops, the invention designs controlled-release films with different effective cycles to realize staged fertilizer release. Based on the degradation of controlled-release films, micropores are gradually formed to enable sustained fertilizer release. By rationally combining different components in the film materials, slow-release cycles and pore-forming degradation time can be adjusted as required.
