The flow channel adopts a 2ⁿ-type planar structure in a splitting mode of one-to-two, two-to-four, four-to-eight. The cross-section of the flow channel is U-shaped with few turning points and no dead zones. This structure enables more sufficient heating of the material, and the U-shaped design effectively improves material flow performance. After entering the flow channel through the feed port, the material is uniformly distributed in the die head and heated evenly via the 2ⁿ-type structure, resulting in consistent density of the extruded film product.
