Dual-Cylinder Mold Clamping Frame

A dual-cylinder mold clamping frame relates to the technical field of hollow blow molding machines. Two mold clamping cylinders are arranged side by side and connected to the rear mold through a rear mold connecting plate. The rear mold is slidably mounted on mold clamping guide posts, one end of which is fixed to the front mold and the other end locked on the rear balance cross arm via locking screws. A front mold connecting plate is installed on the front mold, and a synchronous clamping structure is connected between the rear mold and the rear balance cross arm. The guide posts are fixed on the clamping frame through support seats. A front balance cross arm is mounted on the back of the front mold, and balance struts are arranged between the front and rear cross arms. Adopting dual-cylinder drive and Y-shaped balance cross arms with uniform stress distribution, the structure achieves greater clamping force, reduces deformation of molds and connecting shafts, ensures high mold parallelism, and effectively solves the problem of unremoved flash on multi-cavity products.
