The oil inlet of said large pump and the oil inlet of said small pump are connected in parallel and then connected to an oil tank; the oil outlet of said large pump is connected in parallel with the oil outlet of said small pump via a check valve, and then connected to the corresponding oil inlet of each hydraulic actuator in said hydraulic actuator group, so that the small pump supplies oil alone when the system performs high-pressure small-flow actions, and the large pump and the small pump supply oil together when the system performs low-pressure large-flow actions.
