The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing polyethylene 2,6-naphthalate, polypropylene carbonate, polycaprolactone, petroleum resin, ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer, sodium-based montmorillonite, nano-titanium dioxide, chitin and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, and stirring with a high-speed mixer; adding erucamide, n-butyl stearate, castor oil and glycerol, and continuing stirring with the high-speed mixer; putting the mixture into a twin-screw extruder for extrusion and pelletizing. After cooling, blow molding is carried out by a blow molding machine. The high-barrier degradable packaging material of the invention has good mechanical properties, excellent barrier properties, good degradability and is green and environment-friendly.
